About Rhema Theological College

An indigenous theological college for ministry, leadership and national impact

Rhema Theological College [RTC], Ibadan, in collaboration with Lead City University, Ibadan, and as an affiliate of Acadia University, Canada, is a non-denominational Christian theological institution. Founded in 2002 by late Rev. Dr. M. A. Adekola, an academician who bagged his PhD in Church History from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, the College is more than just an institution. It is a place of revelation, expectation, development, learning, discipline, and encounter with God, established for the training of well-qualified ministers of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and other leaders in the body of Christ.

General objective

To raise transformational leaders deeply rooted in the Word, powerfully led by the Spirit, and strategically equipped to influence the church, marketplace, and nations in this generation.

Spiritual formation

RTC graduates are trained to communicate the Word of God, win others to faith in Christ, expound Scripture systematically, and demonstrate genuine concern for missionary efforts around the world.
